Principles

Trust principles

The seven commitments that bind every product, pricing and operational decision at ADmetric AI. Written so anyone — customer, investor, regulator — can hold us to them.

Principle01

Customer money is not our money

Client funds in transit sit in segregated bank accounts that we cannot pledge, lend, or invest. We earn margin on software and execution — never on float. Our auditor confirms this every quarter and we publish the result.

Principle02

We will tell you when we miss before you ask

If an SLO breaches, our monitors page the customer success team and proactive credits issue against the next invoice. You do not chase us — we credit ourselves, and we publish the incident publicly within seventy-two hours.

Principle03

Your data trains nothing outside your tenant

Prompts, completions, ledger data and reconciliation history stay inside your tenant boundary. We do not use customer financial data to train foundation models, recommender systems or open-source releases. Ever.

Principle04

You can leave on any business day

Month-to-month contracts on every plan below Enterprise. Full data export in Parquet, CSV and DATEV within twenty-four hours. No retention games, no exit fees, no forced final invoice.

Principle05

We do not sell what we do not use

Every dashboard, runbook and automation in this product is what our own finance team uses to operate ADmetric AI. If we would not trust it on our own books, we will not ship it.

Principle06

The number on the screen is the number on the bank statement

We commit to reconciliation accuracy of at least 99.99% and we publish the line-match rate every month. If the dashboard disagrees with your bank statement, the bank statement wins and we owe you a fix.

Principle07

We will explain every decision in plain language

From AI recommendations to invoice line items to incident retrospectives, every output has a rationale in writing. Not a black box, not a marketing summary — the actual reasoning, with sources.

How we resolve tensions

Principles are easy when nothing is at stake. These are the explicit tie-breakers we have written down.

Tension

Speed vs. accuracy in reconciliation

Tie-breaker

Accuracy wins. We delay a closed period rather than publish a number we cannot defend.

Tension

Margin vs. customer outcome

Tie-breaker

Outcome wins. We pause automations that hurt the customer even when they earn us take-rate.

Tension

Growth vs. controls

Tie-breaker

Controls win. We refuse business that requires us to weaken segregation, KYC or audit trail.

Tension

Disclosure vs. competitive risk

Tie-breaker

Disclosure wins. We publish methodology and pricing even when it helps competitors copy us.

Hold us accountable

When we breach a principle, write to principles@admetricai.app. Every email is reviewed by the CEO within five business days and disclosed in the next transparency report when material.
