Reward unlocks at activation

Are there any clawbacks?+
Only for fraud, duplicate signups or refunded contracts inside 90 days. Normal churn never triggers a clawback — the months we paid you, you keep.
Do I have to be a customer?+
No. The Individual track is open to anyone, including former colleagues, advisors, and people who just like the product.
How do I get co-selling support?+
Partner track gets a named partner manager, joint pipeline reviews and approved co-branded materials within the brand kit on /brand.
Is the leaderboard mandatory?+
Opt-in. Most partners take the spot — public credibility matters in this category. You can publish anonymously if you prefer.
