Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep the platform safe for every brand, agency and partner on it. Effective from January 1, 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every workspace, user, integration and API client that interacts with ADmetric AI. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum and is enforced 24×7 by our trust team.

1. Lawful, transparent use

  • Operate only on advertising spend you are legally authorised to fund and reconcile.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, anti-bribery and sanctions regimes.
  • Do not use the platform to circumvent platform-native review systems (Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify, etc.).

2. Prohibited content & verticals

  • Adult content involving minors, human trafficking, or non-consensual material — zero tolerance.
  • Weapons of mass destruction, controlled narcotics, fraudulent financial products, fake credentials.
  • Targeted political disinformation, election interference, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
  • Anything sanctioned by the EU, UK, US, UN or Hong Kong consolidated lists.

3. Platform integrity

  • No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or competitive intelligence harvesting against ADmetric AI.
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits, RLS boundaries, audit logging, or quota enforcement.
  • Report security findings responsibly via our coordinated disclosure programme.

4. Money handling

  • Source of funds must be verifiable; we will request KYC refresh at our discretion.
  • Treasury features are not a money-services product and may not be used as such.
  • Funds cannot be moved off-platform to a non-ad-platform destination.

5. Multi-tenant manners

  • Do not load the API or webhook surface in a way that degrades service for other tenants.
  • Honour the documented burst limits; if you need more, contact us before deploying.
  • Keep at least one admin owner active per workspace.

6. Enforcement

Suspected violations are reviewed by trust & safety with a four-eye principle. Outcomes range from a notice, throttle, feature freeze, full suspension, to termination with notification to the relevant authority. We document every action in your audit log and notify the workspace owner within 24 hours.
