Frankfurt by default. Paris and Stockholm available on Enterprise. Data never leaves the EU without explicit contractual approval.
Who has access to our data?+

What happens at termination?+
Full export in CSV and Parquet within 14 days. Hard delete confirmed in writing within 30 days. Backups purged within 35 days.
Can we use our paper?+

How do you handle AI sub-processors?+
