Working assumptions, named

  • leakage_baseline — the median leakage across the relevant cohort on /benchmark-cohorts. We do not assume your worst case.
  • close_rate — share of leakage actually recovered after policy + recovery loop. 62% is the median over 12 months across cases on /case-library.
  • pacing_lift — point uplift in pacing accuracy from the customer’s baseline; the median lift in our cohort is 4.0 pp.
  • waste_factor — share of mispaced spend that translates into wasted CPM/CPC; we use 1.8% conservatively.
  • loaded_rate — fully-loaded hourly cost (salary + employer cost + benefits). Adjust to your geography.
