FAQ

Straight answers to the questions buyers actually ask.

No corporate hedging, no marketing words, no NDA gates. If the answer you need is not here, ask it in the next public office-hours session — we will answer on the record.

Product

What does ADmetric AI actually do?+

We are the budget management and financial control plane sitting between your bank account and the ad platforms. We pace spend, flag anomalies, prevent waste, settle invoices and produce auditor-grade evidence for every euro.

Is this an ad-buying tool?+

No. We do not edit creatives, bids or audiences. We control money, pacing and policy across whatever buying setup you already use.

What is the difference between Monitoring and Active mode?+

Monitoring observes and recommends; Active executes — adjusts daily caps, redistributes budget across platforms and tops up wallets within your guardrails. You can switch between them per portfolio at any time.

Which platforms do you support today?+

Meta, Google, TikTok and Spotify in full. Pinterest, LinkedIn and Reddit are on the roadmap. Additional platforms are evaluated quarterly based on customer demand.

Do we have to use Autopilot?+

No. Most customers run for the first 30 days in Monitoring mode, then enable Autopilot on selected portfolios. Some teams never enable Autopilot and still recover their subscription on saved time alone.

Pricing & contracts

How is the pricing structured?+

Flat platform fee plus a per-seat fee. No percentage of spend, ever. The plan you pick on day one is the plan you stay on as you scale.

Will the price go up as we scale spend?+

No. We have made a public commitment to never price on percentage of spend. Pricing scales with seats and the depth of features you use, not with how much media you buy.

Do you offer annual or multi-year contracts?+

Both. Annual gets 16% off list. Multi-year locks pricing for the duration. Public-sector and enterprise have separate paper.

Can we switch plans mid-contract?+

Up at any time, prorated. Down at renewal. No hostage tactics — you keep your data and your migration credit either way.

What happens if we want to leave?+

Full export in CSV and Parquet within 14 days, hard delete confirmed in writing within 30. We will help you wire a replacement if you want — see the Switch page in reverse.

Security & compliance

Where is our data stored?+

Frankfurt by default. Paris and Stockholm available on Enterprise. Data never leaves the EU without an explicit, signed contractual exception.

Are you SOC 2?+

Yes — Type II, audited annually. Bridge letter available under NDA. ISO 27001 in progress for 2027.

Are you GDPR compliant?+

Yes. Article 28 DPA included by default, SCCs 2021 attached, full subprocessor register published and changes notified 30 days in advance.

What about pentests and bug bounty?+

Cure53 pentests annually with the summary published; live bug bounty program with bands from €100 to €15,000 and a public Hall of Fame.

Who, exactly, can read our data?+

A named on-call rotation under EU contracts, no off-shoring, no subcontracting. Every access lands in a customer-readable audit log within 60 seconds.

AI

Do you train AI models on our data?+

No. Customer data is never used to train any general-purpose model. Per-customer models train on that customer’s data only and stay in that tenancy.

Do you call OpenAI or Anthropic with our data?+

No. The models that touch customer data run inside our infrastructure on dedicated instances. Third-party model providers never see customer data.

Can we turn AI off?+

Yes, per workspace. Monitoring mode still computes anomalies and forecasts deterministically without ML, so the product remains useful without AI.

How do you measure that the AI is actually working?+

Published methodology and quarterly benchmarks on Autopilot lift, anomaly precision/recall and forecast calibration. See /methodology and /ai.

Operations & support

How long does implementation take?+

Median 9 working days. 30-day rollout plan with signed acceptance criteria is documented on /implementation.

What is your SLA?+

99.95% uptime, with service credits. Sub-1m RPO and 4h RTO on Pro and Enterprise. Full text on /legal/sla.

What support do we get?+

Shared Slack channel for Pro and above. A named CSM on Enterprise. Office hours weekly, open to anyone.

Do you have an audit log?+

Hash-chained, immutable, exportable. Every human and Autopilot action lands in it. See /audit in the dashboard.

How do you handle approvals?+

Configurable approval chains tied to amount, scope or policy. Full decision log per request, exportable to your finance system.

Buying & procurement

Can we use our paper?+

Yes. Most customer paper closes within two rounds of redlines. Our standard MSA, DPA and SLA are public.

Do you have a procurement pack?+

Yes — see /procurement. Entity, banking, insurance, SOC 2, CAIQ, SIG, VPAT, BCP, all pre-assembled.

Can you invoice via Peppol / EDI / NetSuite?+

Yes to all three. EUR, USD, GBP, HKD, SEK, DKK and CHF supported. Net 30 standard, Net 45/60 on Enterprise.

Do you have references?+

Yes. Three public case studies on /customers; reference calls available in the final round under mutual NDA.
