Decision rights

Who decides what, in writing

A platform that touches money has to be explicit about authority. This is the RACI we operate against. It’s mirrored into the master agreement — not left to a sales call.

How the matrix changes

  • Changes ship through the same review as a policy bundle: PR, shadow run, two signatures, public log.
  • Customer-affecting changes get 90 days’ notice and a separate addendum, not a unilateral update.
  • Every quarter, the matrix is reconciled against the audit log and posted to /trust-ledger.
