Operating Charter
The charter we operate under
A company without a written charter drifts. This is ours — the scope we defend, the work we refuse, and the tie-breakers we apply when reasonable people disagree.
Mission
Make every euro of paid-media spend traceable, defendable and reversible — so a CFO can sign the same statement an auditor can verify.
In scope
- Treasury, pacing, reconciliation and FX for paid-media spend
- Audit-grade evidence trails for every euro routed
- AI guardrails, anomaly detection and material-decision logging
- Interoperability with the finance stack: NetSuite, Xero, DATEV, SAP
- Customer-controlled keys, customer-owned data, customer-portable formats
Explicitly out of scope
- Creative production, copywriting, video or design services
- Bidding, audience targeting or platform-level campaign management
- Attribution modelling or MMM — we integrate, we do not replace
- Selling customer data, derivative datasets or anonymised aggregates
- Operating in jurisdictions where we cannot meet our data residency standards
Tie-breakers
Customer money before company revenue
If a refund, credit or correction is owed, it is issued before the booking is recognised.
Evidence before narrative
A claim without a reproducible artifact is removed from a board pack or marketing page within 24 hours.
Reversibility before speed
If a change to a control, policy or pricing cannot be reversed within seven days, it requires a written, logged decision.
Boring before clever
When two designs achieve the same SLA, the simpler one wins. Cleverness is reserved for problems that demand it.
Charter governance
This charter is reviewed every six months by the executive team and ratified by the board. Material changes are published with a 60-day notice period and logged in the decision log. The current version was ratified on 12 May 2026.
