Credit policy in plain English
- Credits apply against the next monthly invoice and never expire.
- You request credits via /support — we do not require you to chase us; we credit proactively when our monitors detect a miss.
- Credits stack: a single incident that breaches three SLOs accrues three separate credits.
- Maximum monthly credit is capped at 50% of the affected service line, consistent with the MSA.
- Force majeure exclusions are limited to verified upstream platform outages reported in our status page within 30 minutes.
